Our mission

Assessment should make better clinicians — not just grade them.

Praxxio was founded by clinical educators and practicing clinicians, alongside machine-learning experts who watched faculty burn out on grading while learners waited weeks for feedback that arrived too late to matter.

Why we built Praxxio

Objective, consistent, verifiable.

Competency-based medical education promised richer, more frequent assessments. In practice it created a mountain of evidence no faculty could fairly review at scale. We believe AI should carry that load — applying your standards consistently, surfacing the evidence behind every judgment, and giving faculty their time back for teaching.

What we stand for

Principles we don't compromise on.

Faculty stay in control

Praxxio proposes; educators decide. Every score is reviewable, overridable and traceable to its evidence.

Defensible by design

Assessment decisions affect careers. We build for transparency and auditability — not black boxes.

Built with educators

Every feature is shaped alongside assessment leads, course directors and program directors in real programs.
