Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to sensitive assessment content is restricted and logged.

Every score links to its supporting evidence and every override is recorded, so decisions stand up to scrutiny.
Compliance
Praxxio is designed to support institutions' obligations under HIPAA and FERPA where applicable. We process protected health information and education records solely as a service provider under agreement with your institution.
Data handling
Assessment content is processed only to deliver the service — applying your rubrics, generating feedback and producing analytics. We do not use your protected data to train models for other customers, and we do not sell data.
Reliability
We operate on hardened cloud infrastructure with monitoring, regular backups and a documented incident-response process.
