How Praxxio collects, uses and protects personal, educational and health-related information.
Last updated: June 2026
Praxxio, Inc. ("Praxxio", "we", "us") provides an AI-assisted clinical assessment platform to nursing and medical education programs. This policy explains what information we process and the choices you have. It is provided as a general template and should be reviewed by your counsel before publication.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, work email, institution and role when you request a demo or create an account. When your institution uses Praxxio, we process assessment content (for example OSCE recordings, transcripts, written documentation and rubric scores) on your behalf as a service provider.
How we use information
We use information to operate, secure and improve the platform, to apply your institution's rubrics to submitted assessments, to generate feedback and analytics, and to communicate with you about your account or your request. We do not sell personal information.
Protected health & education data
Praxxio is designed to handle protected health information and student education records in accordance with applicable laws, including HIPAA and FERPA where relevant. We process such data only under agreement with your institution and only to provide the service.
Data retention
We retain assessment data for as long as your institution's agreement requires, after which it is deleted or de-identified. You may request deletion of your demo-request details at any time.
Security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and the safeguards described on our Security page.
Your choices
You may access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us. Institutional users should direct learner-data requests to their program administrator.
